Mandala But often, in the world's most crowded streets,
But often, in the din of strife,
There rises an unspeakable desire
After the knowledge of our buried life;
A thirst to spend our fire and restless force
In tracking out our true, original course;
A longing to inquire
Into the mystery of this heart which beats
So wild, so deep in us-to know
Whence our lives come and where they go.

YOUR LIFE MANDALA

A Framework for Self-Reflection

Your Life Mandala offers a framework - a structure - for taking a provocative look at your life.

If the following statement resonates with you, then the mandala and the questionnaire should give you some things to think about.

"The meaning of life is revealed through the living of it. The richness with which we live our lives gives rise to meaning, fulfillment and happiness."

The Mandala visually depicts the various aspects of a rich life, and the underlying requirements for fulfillment. The questionnaire - which I call "the Mirror" - then delves into each of those aspects and requirements and enables you to explore how richly you are engaged in each area. It is, in some measure, a happiness test, a fulfillment test and a serenity test. It only takes about 15 minutes to complete.

A review of your results follows, however the Mandala and the Mirror are primarily self-reflective tools to better see where you're at in your life, and point to directions for enriching it.

I hope you find these tools useful and enjoyable! Please write and tell me what you think. alan@yourlifemandala.com

Also, extraordinary original artwork done by orphans in China is displayed throughout the site, and offered for sale. These pieces are all original, one of a kind artwork (not prints or any form of reproduction). While we receive a small commission to help maintain our website, most of the money generated from these sales goes back to those young artists for their benefit.
